In order to be able to make foreign payments, you need to register with our partner Currencycloud. 

Registration and activation is done in three steps:

Step 1 - Registration:

First, please send us your registration request by e-mail to

You will first receive an email from us to set your password for Penta Global Money. This is the access to our separate platform. Please use as LoginID the email address you used to register your Penta account with us. 


As 2-factor authentication you can choose between a smsTAN request or the authenticator app "Authy". You will find more information when you log in for the first time.

Step 2 - Global Money Top-Up:

Penta Global Money works as a so-called "wallet", which means that in order to make the payment from there, you need to transfer the money from your Penta account to the Global Money Wallet beforehand. 

To do this, please log in to your "normal" Penta account and make a standard transfer in favor of your Global Money Wallet using the information from our registration email.

The reference number is very important. Only if the reference number is correct, the money will be credited to your wallet at Penta Global Money.

You can access the details by clicking on "Balances" --> "Fund" in your Global Money account. 

The money transfer from Penta account to your Global Money Wallet takes up to 24 hours. After that the money is available for currency exchange and international transfers.

Step 3: Ready to go global! 

Now you can make your first international transfer! Please note that if you want to transfer money in a foreign currency, you have to do the currency exchange first.
