The remaining contribution is due if this is stipulated in the articles of association or if the shareholders' meeting so decides. The company then demands the remaining contribution from the shareholder(s).
Should the GmbH go into insolvency, the insolvency administrator is immediately entitled to demand the remaining contribution.
