There are basically two ways in which someone can seize your account.

Your company has an unpaid debt with one or more creditors

A creditor whose claim has not been paid by your company applies for the attachment of the account at the enforcement court by means of an enforcement order. The court then issues an attachment order and a transfer order.

The creditor sends this order to your company and Solaris SE. As soon as the bank receives the order, your company is prohibited from withdrawing money from your company's account.

Your company has an unpaid debt with the tax office

If your company has an open invoice with the tax office and has not complied with the payment request, the tax office may enforce it immediately.

The tax office will send an enforcement order to your company and Solaris SE. As soon as the bank has received the order, your company is prohibited from paying out money from your company's account.
