Solution for iOS devices:

First, make sure you have the latest version of the Penta App installed on your device.

After clicking Share in the Mail app or Photo Gallery and not seeing the Penta app directly, scroll all the way to the right in the row of apps you see and click "more". You should see the Penta app in the list below.

Solution for Android devices:

First, make sure you have the latest version of the Penta App installed on your device.

Please save the PDF in your file browser. Select the file there and open the menu in the upper right corner. Then go to "Send file" and select the Penta App.

If you want to share a photo from the gallery to the Penta App: Go to the photo and open the menu on the top right. Then go to "Send file" and select the Penta App.
