If your VISA card payment has been declined, please check the following first:
- Have you already activated the card after receiving it?
- Is the card closed or blocked in your Penta Account?
- Have you exceeded the daily or monthly limit for payments?
- Is there enough liquidity in the Penta business account to make the payment?
- If it is an NFC payment - Has your card already been activated for NFC payments?
- If it is a Google Pay payment - have you already added your card to Google Pay?
- Check if you received a push notification on your phone and confirmed the payment there
- Is the card possibly damaged?
