If you have trouble using your debit MasterCard, please check:


  1. That your card is not frozen or closed in your Penta app.
  2. That the monthly payment limits are have not been exceeded
  3. That you have enough money on your account to make this transaction


The following limits apply for card transactions. Please note that these limits apply for all cards associated with your account combined.

  • ATM withdrawals: Up to 1.500 EUR daily
  • Payments: Up to 3.000 EUR daily
  • Total spend: 20.000 EUR monthly 


We are currently working on increasing the spending limits for your card.
